This high quality apron apron with chest for executive chef, with leather upper ribbon with neck protection. Eyelet carabiner and springs. support of leather service cloth. Back straps in fabric. Two pockets, the top pocket has two divisions, one for pen and one for test spoon. Lower side pocket with divider for tweezers, spatula, thermometer and others. The spring system allows adjustment with great convenience.
